ElectroStatic Discharge (ESD) causes electronic products to fail. Static charges adversely affect yields, manufacturing costs, quality, reliability, and profitability. An effective ESD control program can increase yields and improve quality.
According to ESD normal practices, workers should wear static dissipative gloves in an EPA. EverSafe® WK5055G is in compliance with the international standards. Typical overall resistance is below 108 Ohm (Rg). These gloves effectively dissipate electrostatic charge and inhibit tribocharging.

Micro® CK06

The most widely used cleanroom wipers are made from knitted fabrics composed of synthetic filament polyester. AFC manufactures a wide range of these of knitted, taking advantage of its expertise in textiles. The critical factor for performance wipers is cleanliness. The cleanliness of a wiper is very dependent on the cutting technology and laundering process.

Micro® CK06 has fully sealed cut edges which effectively decrease the release of particles and fibers. The circular knitting fabric made of 100% polyester texturing yarn provides benefits including soft feel, good absorbency for solvent and water, resistance to abrasion and excellent wiping efficiency.

These wipers are processed and laundered in a cleanroom environment. Our proprientary laundering process minimizes NVR's, Ion content and provides consistently clean performance.

Micro® NW71, is the advanced version of Micro® NW70. It is made from a hydroentangled blend of 55% cellulose and 45% polyester via our unique air-spunlace technology. Micro NM71 features a special finish that enhances the absorbency of the solvent and inhibits particle generation. Its high absorbency can absorb solvents, oils and aqueous spills quickly. Micro® NW71 meets the cleanliness requirements of class 1000 cleanroom wiping materials.
