High Visibility Signaling Garments are produced using two main kinds of materials : the background material and the retro reflective material.

Our Knitted Fabrics, realized with Double Knitted technology belong to the first kind of material (background) and are realized in yellow, orange and red fluorescent colors, meeting all requirements prescribed in the UNI EN471 standard.

In detail, our knitted fabrics are subjected to chemical and physical tests, like bursting strength , washing, hypochlorite bleaching, ironing, crock and perspiration color fastness.

The measurement of luminance factor is fundamental because it guarantees the main product performance.

Tests are performed both on fabric “as it is” and on fabric after specific treatments (e.g. after exposure to light) in order to verify that no performance decline exists.

Our knitted fabrics comply with the performance requirements indicated in UNI EN471 standards for all mentioned characteristics, assuring the quality of product in use and following the foreseen correct maintenance operations.

RESISTCOMFORT DOUBLE KNITTED

This new range of items is produced with the new technology Double Knitted, and joins the peculiarities of endurance and hard-wearing of a Polyester fabric with comfort that only a cotton fabric can supply in touch with skin.

ResistComfort fabrics are engineered to satisfy the demand of resistance in presence of wearing and washing conditions which are prohibitive for an item in pure cotton, without compromising comfort.

ResistComfort fabrics have special high performance in case of washing applied by Industrial Laundries.

The external face of ResistComfort fabrics is knitted with Polyester 100% and the internal face is Cotton 100%.

Moreover, we supply the ResistComfort fabrics with external Polyester face dyeing only or with double dyeing, with internal cotton face dyed in same color nuance.

ResistComfort fabrics are available in Jersey, Piqué and Plush weaves
