Who Are We?

DOLOMITICERT IS AN AUTHORIZED INSTITUTION FOR THE CERTIFICATION AND VALIDATION OF SECURITY AND SPORTS EQUIPMENT.

Dolomiticert is the laboratory that certifies the security of personal safety device, according to the 89/686/CEE Directive.

Dolomiticert laboratories are qualified to verify the safety requirements and the planning and technological premises of the products. Besides the laboratories are allowed to grant test relationship, CE certification documents and documents of accordance.

Technicians do verification tests, through the most modern instruments, appling the national, european and international standards.

Helmets, footwear, fall protection, all kind of protection for motorcyclists, from top to toe and even buoyants are some of the ambits in which the laboratory has been specialized during the time.

On demand projects of research and development can be planned through analysis and tests methods that have been studied in laboratory and on the field, correlating performances and ergonomics, in order to identify innovative materials, characteristics and applications, that could be transferred to the protective device or sports equipment.

Dolomiticert is a notified body in Bruxelles (N.B.2008). It is an organism authorized by the Ministry of productive activities to certify the devices of individual protection, of the head, of the body, the safety and sports footwear, the protective clothing and the protective devices from the fall from above, of second and third category: see NANDO, the web site of the European Commitee.
